Dr. Victorien Dougnon is a Beninese academic and researcher, recognized for his scientific leadership and commitment to academic innovation. Biographie

Prof. Victorien Tamègnon Dougnon is Director General of the Benin Agency for E-Learning (ABTe) and Director of the Polytechnic School of Abomey-Calavi (EPAC), University of Abomey-Calavi.

A Beninese microbiologist, senior academic and CAMES Associate Professor, he has built a distinguished career at the intersection of scientific research, higher education, digital education, academic leadership and institutional transformation. His work reflects a strong commitment to research excellence, training innovation, employability and the modernization of scientific and technological education in Benin.

As Director of EPAC, he contributes to the leadership of one of Benin’s major engineering and technological training institutions. His appointment as Director General of ABTe further places him at the center of the national effort to strengthen e-learning, digital education systems and access to high-quality knowledge through technology.
