Biography

Koffi Adjimon Affo is a West African expert in development management, inclusive education and human capital. With extensive experience in the education, development and civil society sectors, he has contributed to the design and implementation of programmes focused on access to education, adult literacy, community empowerment and institutional capacity-building.

He served as Regional Director for Africa of the NGO Aide et Action, coordinating development and education initiatives from the regional office based in Lomé, Togo. Prior to this regional leadership role, he held country-level responsibilities in Burkina Faso, where he contributed to the implementation of education and development programmes at national and community levels.

His fields of expertise include the decentralization of education, adult literacy, inclusive education, participatory learning approaches, community-based development, food security, human capital development and the strengthening of local capacities. His work reflects a strong commitment to education as a driver of dignity, autonomy, social transformation and sustainable development.
